Kim Carpenter is fabulous. She was recommended to us by another happy client as well. Kim identified a very costly home issue, that wasn’t caught by the inspector, that we were able to get covered before our closing was complete. Seriously the best realtor out there! Knows her stuff. Very very responsive almost anytime of the day. If it’s not right she will fight for you until it is. There was never pressure EVER and no matter how busy she was she always could work with us when it was convenient for us! She is very meticulous and organized about her work.
